FlipCore Terms of Use

Version 1.0 — Effective date: 4 April 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlipCore and related services (the "Service"), operated by Tallahootie, a sole trader registered in England and Wales with a principal place of business in Shropshire, UK ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

Your account

  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Notify us immediately at support@flipcore.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Content you submit

You own the content you submit to FlipCore. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. On account termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
  • Do not upload illegal or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to access data you do not own or control.
  • Do not use the Service to facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws or the terms of any connected third-party platform.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and to take any action we reasonably consider necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm, we may act without prior notice.

Third-party services and marketplaces

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including eBay, Vinted, and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and developer policies. By connecting a marketplace account, you authorise us to perform actions on that platform on your behalf (such as publishing, updating, or ending listings) as directed by your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for errors, losses, or consequences arising from actions taken on third-party platforms, including automatic listing endings, price changes, or draft creation. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms complies with their requirements.

Free trial (Standard plan)

New Standard accounts receive a 30-day free trial. The trial begins the moment you create your account and gives you full access to Standard features. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid Standard subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

There is no free trial for the Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed from the date the subscription begins.

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right may not apply where you have requested that a digital service begins immediately and acknowledged the effect this has on your cancellation rights.

Why a waiver is required

UK law allows a digital service to begin during the 14-day cancellation period only where the consumer has expressly requested this and acknowledged that their cancellation rights may be affected. FlipCore therefore asks you to provide this confirmation at the relevant point. This is required to comply with legal obligations and to ensure transparency about when your service begins.

Standard trial (account creation)

The 30-day trial begins immediately when you create your account. By confirming at signup, you expressly request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation provisions will not apply in the usual way once the service has begun.

Pro subscription (new or upgrading)

When you start a Pro subscription, you enter into a new paid contract which begins immediately. By confirming at checkout, you expressly request that the service begins straight away and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has begun. If you upgrade during a trial, the trial ends and the Pro subscription begins at that time; any unused trial period is forfeited.

Your other rights

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to receive services that are as described and provided with reasonable care and skill.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time, except where required by applicable law or where you exercise valid statutory rights.
  • On subscription expiry, access to paid features will be restricted but your data will be retained for 30 days to allow reactivation. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may change pricing with at least 14 days' prior notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Your data and export

You can export a copy of your listing and business data at any time from the Settings page. We will not hold your data hostage — if you choose to leave, your data is yours to take.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features or integrations with third-party platforms, where reasonably necessary for business, technical, or legal reasons. Where changes materially affect your use of the Service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that marketplace integrations will function at all times, as those depend on third-party APIs outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipCore and Tallahootie are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach before terminating. We may suspend access immediately and without notice where necessary to prevent harm to the Service, other users, or third parties.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
